BJORN DOSSCHE
Editor of One Step Down Fanzine, Skulls And Skeletons Fanzine, and Mind Over Matter blog; former employee of both Genet/Phyrus Records and Good Life Recordings; associate of Complete Control Records; vocalist of The Deal and Rise And Fall... Not even mentioning the dozens of guest recordings he has done and contributions he has written, I think it's safe to say Bjorn's Hardcore-resume is unmatched by most. Here's how he looks back on the o'nine:

Most important thing that happened in 2009 (politics, entertainment, personal,…):
Personally (as much as I hate people that talk about their own band too much) I have to say that recording and getting "Our Circle Is Vicious" out there was the most important thing going on in my life in '09.

Person of the year:
Murph. I miss hanging with this dude more.

ALEX RUSSIN
You may know Alex from playing guitar as well as providing some vocals for a lil band called Cold World, but did you know he casually writes breakdowns for War Hungry or Frostbite? Also just released an EP with his other band, called Gypsy. Make sure to check that out on Six Feet Under Records.

Most important thing that happened in 2009:
The Pittsburgh Steelers won 6th Super Bowl in Franchise history, making them the best franchise, in the history of the best sport in the world.

KOEN GOETSCHALCKX
Aside from being featured on an Agathocles discography, Koen aka XKOENX also plays guitar in The Dying aka the best trash metal band to come out of Belgium since Asphyxia. He is also playing guitar for Destined To Burn as well pursueing a career in cyclism. A friend of animals and more than a friend to his friends, I am once more honoured to have him featured on here. I wish I could have posted a video of Koen reading this list to you 'cause that'd be the only way you could ever fully grasp his touching honesy and wittiness.

Most important thing that happened in 2009:
Living together with my girlfriend. Too much right winged flemish people.
