Week 1 Total: 88km

- In my first week of 'real' training I ran 88 kilometres in total.
- I did six runs this week.
- I spent 7 hours 12 minutes in my running shoes.
- My average pace throughout these runs was 4:54 minutes per kilometre.
- I burned 6697 calories this week.
